Semi-Structured Data Modules

eFLOW’s Freedom reaches beyond the processing of classical, structured forms. It provides you with a remarkably simple data capture process for various semi-structured documents such as incoming supplier invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents, and cheques.  Freedom efficiently processes documents and attachments, including those with complex tables and line items, in single or multi-page format.

Freedom turns the labor-intensive and expensive task of manually keying data from semi-structured forms into a fast, accurate process.  Freedom’s unique learning algorithm automatically identifies the critical data in these documents and bypasses the need to predefine the form structure or build templates at start-up.  This enables rapid recognition of new, previously unseen forms by the system.

Freedom uses its powerful character recognition and unique voting algorithm to recognize and validate data delivered to your financial, ERP, CRM, or other information systems.

New Design Wizard - eFLOW adds new application design capabilities which reduce design and development time. The Design Wizard is used in together with eFLOW’s new country invoice templates, which define a common layout for invoices from the U.S., the U.K. and Germany.  This new built-in intelligence simplifies and shortens the application design process.  Using the Wizard the developer selects the options presented in the templates.   The Wizard then automatically generates the eFLOW Freedom application and creates the data capture and content delivery workflow. All that is left for the developer is to fine tune and add any customization requirements.

The Mobile Portal provides 2-way wireless communication to transmit and receive transactions and other information anytime, anywhere. eFLOW's mobile capability does not depend on a continuous uninterrupted wireless link.

Unstructured Data Modules

eFLOW’s Smart extends beyond classical form processing and form recognition to include a unique  feature that allows sophisticated collection and understanding of data, in both structured, semi-structured and totally unstructured documents such as memos, reports and letters. After complete recognition of the symbols, characters, line and box structures in a given document, Smart can determine document type, task required, target application, DB connectivity, or any other information resulting from its content analysis. Smart also lends itself to mailroom management and knowledge management applications.
